LG Optimus 3D smartphone - First Phone with a Color 3-D Screen and a 3-D Camera

LG has officially confirmed its LG Optimus 3D smartphone at MWC 2011. This smartphone is the first phone with a color 3-D screen and a 3-D camera. The LG Optimus 3D comes with a massive 4.3-inch 3D WVGA screen. It comes equipped with a dedicated 3D button for turning the screen from 2D to 3D, so that you can play 3D games or watch 3D movies and that too without glasses.

The screen produces the illusion of depth without the need for special glasses, and includes a pair of five-megapixel lenses for taking 3D photos and video.

Features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, a personal organizer, USB syncing and mass storage, GPS, a music player, 8GB of internal memory, a 1,500 mAh battery, and support DLNA/HDMI connections. Other specifications of the device include a 1GHz dual-core, dual-channel (Texas Instruments OMAP4) processor, 8GB of memory and 4GB LP DDR2, and a 1,500 mAh battery.
