Tech Students Convert Audi in Electric + Solar Car

A group of Georgia Tech students unveiled a eco-friendly hybrid car, they convert an Audi car into electric + solar powered car at the Buckhead Eco-Collection. This car has two batteries with a charger that can be plugged into an electric socket. For running systems like power steering, power brakes and power windows smaller battery is used which is charged by solar panels.
Tech aerospace engineering student Corbin Klett of Buford said that student team is working hard on the futuristic design of solar powered vehicle to compete in the upcoming World Solar Challenge in Australia.
